Set in a glamorous South of France resort in the 1920s, the film lightly spins a tale on the theme of "magic in life." This charming love story, infused with Allen's signature witty humor, has now arrived in Japan.

Playing the cynical magician is the esteemed actor Colin Firth, an Oscar winner for "The King's Speech." Opposite him, Emma Stone portrays a clairvoyant who can see through others but tries to hide her own thoughts, presenting a complex and tangled dance of attraction.

Stanley, a pragmatic Englishman and magician who firmly believes magic and the supernatural do not exist, is asked by a friend to investigate the authenticity of a spiritualist captivating a wealthy socialite.

Stanley confidently infiltrates the opulent villa on the Côte d'Azur. However, he finds himself utterly captivated by the astonishing psychic abilities of the beautiful clairvoyant, Sophie, which completely overturn his worldview. To his surprise, Stanley finds himself irresistibly drawn to her, charmed by both her looks and her personality.
