The lead role of Claire is played by the acclaimed young actress Anaïs Demoustier. Romain Duris, a leading French actor, takes on the role of David/Virginia. Claire's husband is played byRaphaël Personnaz.

A Confession from a Best Friend's Husband Turns the Protagonist's Daily Life Upside Down

Claire is devastated by the death of her best friend, Laura. Promising to protect Laura's husband, David, and their newborn daughter, Claire visits their home to check on them. There, she finds David dressed in Laura's clothes, tending to their child.

Surprised and bewildered when David confesses his desire to wear women's clothing, Claire begins to deepen their bond, calling him "Virginia." As she continues to meet Virginia, lying to her husband, Claire finds herself influenced by Virginia's Parisian chic and her own femininity blossoms. However, following a certain incident, Claire is forced to confront the fact that Virginia is a man. What is the authentic way of life she ultimately chooses?
