The Megane Also Adopts the New Renault Family Face

The Renault "Megane" is a mid-size model offered in Europe with hatchback, estate (wagon), and coupe body variations.


In Japan, the 5-door hatchback "Megane GT Line", the estate "Megane Estate GT Line", and "Megane Estate GT220", and the coupe developed by Renault's sports division, Renault Sport, "Megane Renault Sport" are all sporty models that have been introduced.

At this year's Frankfurt Motor Show, all lineups, including the Renault Sport models, will receive a facelift.


Renault Design RenaissanceBased on the "Renault Design Renaissance," the front mask, where the black line extending horizontally from the central Renault corporate badge connects directly to the headlights, is the third application following the "Clio (Lutecia in Japan)" and the recently announced facelifted "Kangoo" in Japan.


While there appear to be further changes accompanying this minor update, details have not been revealed and are expected to be announced at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show.
