An SUV Embodying the Pinnacle of French Luxury
The French luxury SUV, the DS 7, has undergone a major facelift under the banner of "Art of Travel." It has been nine years since DS, originating from a single Citroën model, became an independent brand. In evolving from the previous "DS 7 Crossback," the "Crossback" was deliberately removed from the car's name.
This latest generation has also been announced as the official car chosen by French President Emmanuel Macron.
Creative Director Murakami Kaikai test drives the DS 7, an SUV akin to a GT that embodies the pinnacle of French luxury, on a short trip to Hakone, while automotive writer Nanyo Kazuhiro, who has lived in France, provides commentary on the vehicle.
