HOUSE OF TOBIAS JACOBSEN will host a workshop on "Creating Danish Embroidery with Misato Okada" on Thursday, June 1st. Misato Okada is also an ambassador of goodwill between Japan and Denmark.
Misato Okada, who serves as a Danish goodwill ambassador and is also an embroidery instructor, has planned a workshop at our shop—a specialty store for Arne Jacobsen, produced by his grandson Tobias Jacobsen. Participants will enjoy learning Danish cross-stitch embroidery along with Danish tea and sweets. The workshop has a capacity of 8 people per session, with two sessions held daily. This event is recommended not only for fans of Misato Okada but also for anyone interested in Danish embroidery. Concurrently, a pop-up shop featuring Nordic embroidery and goods from "kupica," a Nordic雑貨店 (zakka store) recommended by Misato Okada, will be held for a limited time (June 1st - June 30th).
