The showroom for "TRANSPARENCY," a furniture brand based on transparent acrylic resin, has opened in Kyobashi.
TRANSPARENCY is a new venture launched by Shinko Plastics Co., Ltd., a long-established company representing the plastics industry, with the aim of improving the image of the acrylic resin industry as a whole and communicating the potential of acrylic resin materials to the world. It aims to be a one-of-a-kind brand in the global furniture market. The first collection features simple, object-like designs that leverage the transparency and material beauty unique to acrylic, primarily produced by an acrylic processing factory with strong trust from European and American architects and interior designers.
The showroom will feature unique displays expressing the brand concept "BLENDS IN EVERYWHERE," as well as "and more," which is also the showroom's name, showcasing the latest products and technologies from acrylic and plastic manufacturers who are also sponsors of this venture.
