The "Michel BRAS" collection, a lifetime culinary brand series embodying the spirit of Michel Bras, a rare chef representing the 21st century.

The "Michel BRAS" series, inheriting the philosophy of French culinary master Michel Bras, has welcomed three new items: knives, whetstones, and cutlery. Each is designed as a tool to elevate cooking into a creative act, characterized by uncompromising craftsmanship in material feel, precision, and usability.

The philosophy cultivated by the Michel BRAS brand

Michel Bras, known as a chef who led cuisine into a new dimension. His restaurant, Le Suquet, on the Aubrac plateau, continues to captivate culinary explorers from around the world.

The Michel BRAS tool series began with a knife launched in 2005. An encounter with Japanese blade-making technology gave form to a spirit of uncompromising craftsmanship, which has since expanded into a diverse lineup including graters, slicers, mandolines, and cutlery.

These tools are not merely for improving cooking efficiency. Their unique value lies in their role as partners that elevate the user's sensibility and actions, transforming cooking itself into a creative endeavor.

Michel BRAS New Product Lineup

■ Knife Series, the first new release in 17 years — Michel BRAS Knife No.91 (Serrated 210mm)

The distinctive, flowing serrated edge, with its sharp entry and smooth curve, allows for clean cuts through ingredients with both firm and soft textures, such as country bread and tomatoes, without compromising their shape. It also offers the practical benefit of reducing scattered crumbs.
The beautiful black titanium coating provides a striking presence in the kitchen. The seamless welded ferrule ensures thorough consideration for hygiene.

■ Michel BRAS La Pierre (Whetstone #1000/#3000), pursuing knife performance

To maximize a knife's performance, an excellent whetstone is essential. The "La Pierre" whetstone, with its two grit levels (#1000 / #3000), is designed for a smooth transition from rough sharpening to finishing.
Its high cutting ability, achieved through a magnesia manufacturing process, is compatible with the hard blades of Michel BRAS knives, delicately refining the edge and offering an experience that sharpens the mind before cooking. Its low water absorption and immediate usability with just water also reduce stress in daily use.

■ Michel BRAS Les Cuillères (Cutlery Set), embodying aesthetics in hand

The philosophy of Michel BRAS extends to the dining table. "Les Cuillères," a five-piece cutlery set comprising a spoon, fork, table knife, coffee spoon, and rest, is characterized by its rich material expression, combining stainless steel with black resin. Its smooth texture that conforms to the hand and intuitive stability when gripped transform daily meals into moments of comfort.
The slender form, inspired by Japanese chopsticks, and the circular handle possess a universality that embraces global culinary cultures while lending a modern touch to the table setting.
