A Comfortable Space Evoking London: Burberry Shinsaibashi
Opened on March 8th, Burberry Shinsaibashi is the first standalone store in Osaka and the largest in Japan. The store boasts an impressive collection, featuring the runway line 'Burberry Prorsum,' presented each season in London, as well as the complete range for both men and women. The store design, overseen by CEO and CCO Christopher Bailey, is also a must-see. We introduce the new standalone store, Burberry Shinsaibashi, along with highlights from the grand opening party attended by British singer-songwriter Rhodes.

Accessories Galore: The Full Burberry Collection
Located in an area lined with various brand flagship stores, Burberry Shinsaibashi welcomes visitors with its distinctive white exterior and large glass doors. The store spans two floors, with the first dedicated to womenswear and the second to menswear. In addition to the complete collections for men and women, the store offers a wide selection of accessories, including bags and scarves. Stepping inside, you're greeted by high ceilings and sunlight streaming through the windows, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The sheer size and extensive product range are truly impressive.
Immediately upon entering the first floor, you'll find a stunning display of bags and wallets, with an overwhelming variety of designs and colors. Some items may not be on public display, so please ask the staff if you're interested in a particular color or size.
This is the long-awaited standalone store in the Kansai region to feature the Burberry Prorsum menswear collection. The 'London' collection's tailoring is also extensive, with specialized staff providing detailed support, from styling to adjustments in length.
An Evening Evoking London
At the opening party held on April 10th, numerous celebrities dressed in the latest collections gathered to celebrate the launch of the standalone store. Despite the chilly, rainy weather reminiscent of winter, it somehow added to the London-esque ambiance of the brand's origins. Once inside, the warmth of the crowd made one forget the cold outside, creating a lively atmosphere.
Rhodes, Who Performed at the 2014 Autumn/Winter Collection Show, Visits Japan
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the live performance by British singer-songwriter Rhodes, who flew in from the UK. He is an artist featured in Burberry's music project, 'Burberry Acoustic,' and also performed at the runway show for the Burberry Prorsum 2014-15 Autumn/Winter womenswear collection. We also received comments from Rhodes, an artist poised for a breakthrough.
