HATCH Pop-Up Store Arrives at ESTNATION Roppongi Hills



HATCH is a concierge-style subscription service that delivers "truly good things" selected by Japan's leading experts in various fields, known as "selectors," on the 8th of every month. This online select shop is making its debut as its first physical store at ESTNATION Roppongi Hills, open for a limited time from Thursday, June 6th to Monday, June 24th.

Featuring "Recommendations" from Esteemed Selectors Like Ryuichi Sakamoto and Toshinao Sasaki



HATCH, a concierge-style subscription service, introduces "truly good things" related to lifestyle—spanning "food," "living," "beauty," and "learning"—curated by prominent "selectors" from various fields. In today's information-saturated era, truly excellent products and services struggle to reach consumers. HATCH entrusts this selection process to trusted selectors. Users simply choose the genre they are interested in, and specialists in that field will regularly deliver carefully selected items.

This marks HATCH's first physical presence, opening as a pop-up store at ESTNATION Roppongi Hills for a limited period.Ryuichi SakamotoThe store will feature a diverse range of exceptional items, including Ryuichi Sakamoto's curated "Complete Music Collection" and "Selected Uonuma Rice and Side Dishes" from Hiroshin Mai-kome, a rice purveyor in Uonuma, Niigata, with a history dating back before the war, selected by its fourth-generation owner, Yusuke Kakubari.
