A Fusion of FENDI's Fur Craftsmanship and the Campana Brothers' Creative Vision
This creation by FENDI, which pursues luxury through fur with Roman traditional craftsmanship, and the Campana brothers—architect Fernando and lawyer Humberto—consists of one cabinet, one throne armchair, one chair, and one hanging lamp. All of them use Kidassia (baby goat) fur. The fur application, utilizing innovative techniques cultivated in FENDI's ateliers, complements the furniture, reinterpreting unprecedented beauty and new functionality.
For this production, the Campana brothers reportedly visited FENDI's fur atelier in Rome every day for nearly a month, working on the development of the pieces while learning the technical know-how and knowledge of the artisans who carry on the brand's heritage.
Exquisite craftsmanship, luxurious fur materials, modernity, and lightness—The furniture, a fusion of FENDI's luxurious and precise techniques with the Campana brothers' artistic passion, was unveiled at the international design fair "Design Miami" held in Basel, Switzerland, and will also be exhibited at the solo exhibition "Fernando & Humberto Campana: Dangerous Luxury" held at "Sporting d'Hiver" in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
