The Enduring Classic Eiermann Table Welcomes Two New Lineups

Egon Eiermann, the national architect of Germany who led the evolution of modernism. The "Eiermann Table," designed by him in 1932, is one of his unparalleled, enduring masterpieces. This autumn, the new specification "Eiermann Table 2" is newly released. In addition to the existing black and white, red and gray are newly available.

Its Unadorned Form Enriches Any Space

The "Eiermann Table" features a simple structure where the tabletop is placed on a steel frame, with a mechanism for easy height adjustment to accommodate a wide range of uses. Its minimalist design is calculated to be maintained with the minimum necessary structure, making it an enduring masterpiece with no superfluous ornamentation.

The tabletop is made of a durable and easy-to-clean melamine laminate, with solid oak edging, showcasing attention to detail.

Height can be easily adjusted in four stages by simply inserting L-shaped brackets into the frame holes. With a depth 10-20cm wider than a standard desk, it offers ample space and exceptional usability.

This autumn, new colors and specifications are being introduced for this minimalist masterpiece. Red and gray are newly added to the existing black and white frame options, bringing the total color variations to four. This will undoubtedly expand the possibilities for coordination.

Furthermore, the new "Eiermann Table 2" specification is a redesign based on the early 1932 model. Compared to the original, the inner width of the base has been increased by 250mm, and the diagonally placed crossbar has been fixed vertically from the floor, making it exceptionally well-suited for use as a dining table, whether placed side-by-side or facing each other.

While maintaining the concept of eliminating unnecessary ornamentation and simply placing the tabletop on a steel frame, the specifications now accommodate an even wider range of uses than before.

Whether to choose from the abundant color variations or opt for the "Eiermann Table 2" that can also be used as a dining table. Having such a range of choices based on use and design is truly delightful.
