Arflex Japan has unveiled its new furniture collection for 2025-26, featuring seven new products including sofas and beds designed to complement modern lifestyles and individual ways of living.

Since its founding in 1969, Arflex has been dedicated to enriching people's lives with timeless designs that never go out of style, combined with quality and aesthetics rooted in Japanese living.

The new collection introduces a total of seven products for 2025-26, comprising three living room items, one dining item, one bedroom item, and two imported selections.

The new sofa, "SOFFIO ELEMENTI," is part of a series launched by Arflex in January 2025. The name "SOFFIO" is Italian for "a gentle breath."

The "SOFFIO ELEMENTI" is a modular sofa with a rounded form, offered in sizes and variations tailored for Japanese homes. Its gentle curve, achieved with a precise 30-degree angle, imbues spaces with softness and fosters natural conversation among those seated.

The collection includes five types of units: closed end, open end, arch, armless, and ottoman. These can be combined to create a perfectly balanced sofa that fits seamlessly into any space, from compact rooms to expansive areas.

Also from the living collection is "ODEON," a sofa by French designer Patrick Norguet that blends classical elegance with comfort. Named after the historic Place Odéon in Paris's 6th arrondissement, its gracefully curved arms and high back panel offer a sense of calm and comfort to the living space.

The "LIOR" dining table, meaning "light" or "bright and warm" in Hebrew, adds a touch of warmth to the living space. Its subtly rounded edges and broad, curved legs create a welcoming presence.

The "SOFFIO" series also extends to the bedroom with the "SOFFIO BED." Its characteristic voluminous form, shared across the series, creates a serene and comfortable bedroom atmosphere with its soft, enveloping curves.

The headboard, made with high-density urethane and designed to support up to the shoulders, aims to enhance the time spent in bed beyond mere sleep, encouraging relaxation and enrichment through activities like reading or watching movies.

The imported selection also includes the "DEW COFFEE TABLE" from arco, a Dutch brand renowned for its pursuit of high-quality craftsmanship in tables. Its asymmetrical design offers an artistic presence.

This piece, part of the "DEW" series by Dutch designer Sabine Marcelis, showcases her distinctive creative sensibility, bringing sophisticated tranquility and unique character to living spaces.
