The Maybach SUV, Maybach GLS600 4MATIC, Debuts | Mercedes-Maybach

Equipped with a Cooling Box for Champagne Glasses and 3 Champagne Bottles in the Rear

A distinctive feature of the interior package is the higher hip point typical of an SUV; compared to the S-Class sedan, the driver's seat is over 250mm higher, and the rear seats are over 280mm higher. Entry and exit are facilitated by electrically retractable running boards. A four-seat configuration is standard.
By converting the GLS's three-row seating to two rows, the rear seats have been positioned 120mm further back than in the GLS, creating ample legroom. The normal angle of the rear seat backrests is 27 degrees, providing 1,020mm of headroom. Furthermore, similar to the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, the seats can recline up to 43.5 degrees, offering an ideal space for relaxation or napping. Behind the rear seats, a fixed partition with a parcel shelf separates the passenger compartment from the luggage space. This contributes to improved body rigidity, reduced noise levels, and enhanced climate control effectiveness.
Between the left and right rear seats, a large cooling box capable of holding three 750cc champagne bottles is equipped, along with storage for dedicated champagne flutes. All seats come standard with a relaxation function. Each backrest has 10 pressure points that apply pressure to the body, which can be combined with the seat heater for a warming massage.
The interior creates a luxurious space where digital technology and high-quality materials merge. The dashboard and steering wheel are covered in carefully selected Nappa leather, and the air outlet louvers feature chrome trim, echoing the pinstripe design of the front grille.
When the ignition is turned on, the cockpit display illuminates with the word "MAYBACH" and graphics in a dedicated color scheme. Display modes can be selected from "Classic," "Sport," "Progressive," and "Gentle."
The interior offers a choice of five wood trim options and three Nappa leather interior colors (Black, Mahogany Brown/Macchiato Beige, Crystal White/Silver Gray). The Crystal White/Silver Gray option is inspired by the interiors of luxury yachts, with rose gold piping on the white leather being one of the exclusive details for the Mercedes-Maybach.
The standard Burmester® high-end 3D surround sound system features 27 high-performance speakers, a 24-channel amplifier, and a total output of 1,590W, delivering superior sound quality optimally adjusted for the cabin conditions. It also includes a two-way communication system to facilitate conversation between front and rear passengers.
