DS Line: Three Models on Display
Peugeot Citroën Japon has announced that three models from the "DS Line" will be exhibited at the Citroën stand at the 42nd Tokyo Motor Show.

DS Line's Third Model, the DS5, Makes its Japan Premiere
Citroën's "DS Line" models are designed with the concept of "tradition," "refinement," and "boldness," pursuing avant-garde design and sporty driving. TheDS3, and theDS4, with the third model in the series making its Japanese debut: theDS5.
Based on the concept car "C SportLounge," this model fuses the form of a grand tourer with a station wagon. The interior features toggle switches on the center console and ceiling, creating a cabin reminiscent of an aircraft cockpit. The vehicle displayed at the show will feature an interior color called "Fauve," meaning "tawny yellow."
The "DS4," a crossover model first unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in September 2010, will be exhibited with the optional "Pack Perso" package. Matte gray elements are applied to the front bumper and rear roof spoiler, while dark chrome parts are used for the front grille and rear bumper. Chrome parts on the door mirror covers further emphasize its sporty character.
The "DS3 Racing," tuned by "Citroën Racing," which has won numerous titles in the WRC (World Rally Championship), will also be on display. The exhibited vehicle features a special color combination of "Noir Obsidien + Orange Roof." Carbon fiber parts are used for the front and side skirts, as well as the fenders. The 1.6-liter twin-scroll turbo engine is a special version with significant tuning applied to the turbocharger, control unit, and exhaust. Compared to the DS3 Sport Chic, the maximum output is increased by approximately 32 percent, and the maximum torque by approximately 14 percent.
The 42nd Tokyo Motor Show is being held from December 3rd to 11th at Tokyo Big Sight.
