Returning to the Fulminea, regardless of whether it has 2040 HP or not, there is one essential component: the vehicle approach warning system for pedestrians, which is mandatory for all EVs in Europe.
While in a different vehicle category, the new Fiat 500 in 2020 generated buzz by adopting a melody from the introduction of Federico Fellini's film "Amarcord," composed by Nino Rota.
According to Pizzuto, the sound of the approach warning system is something he has been particular about since his Fisker days. Indeed, the Fisker Karma emits an almost cosmic sound while driving at low speeds.
"For Estrema as well, we will meticulously craft the sound in collaboration with musicians," he told the author.
What kind of overture will Estrema play as it appears before us? We will have to wait and see, in about two and a half years.
