BREITLING has announced the "Superocean Heritage '57 Outerknown," a regular model, and the "Superocean Heritage '57 Outerknown Limited Edition," a limited-edition model with an 18K red gold bezel, as the third collaboration with Outerknown, a sustainable apparel brand co-founded by surfing legend Kelly Slater.

The "Superocean Heritage '57 Outerknown" and "Superocean Heritage '57 Outerknown Limited Edition" commemorate the partnership between BREITLING and Outerknown, the sustainable apparel brand co-founded by Surfers Squad member Kelly Slater.

This modern yet retro dive watch, featuring a bronze-colored dial and a NATO strap made from Outerknown ECONYL® yarn, is designed to evoke the cool lifestyle of Southern California and Hawaii's surf scene in the 1950s and '60s. Elements such as the arrow-shaped hands, large indices, and concave bezel are inspired by the first Superocean launched in 1957.

It evokes the free spirit born during this era, in pursuit of great music, cool cars, endless beaches, and perfect waves.

The regular model combines a bronze-colored dial with a brown NATO strap made from Outerknown ECONYL® yarn. The stainless steel bidirectional concave bezel is equipped with a black ceramic bezel ring that is highly resistant to scratches and impacts. Luminous dots are placed at the 12 o'clock position, providing sufficient specifications as a dive watch.

The limited edition model, like the regular model, features a bronze dial paired with a brown NATO strap made from Outerknown ECONYL® yarn, and is fitted with a bidirectional bezel made of 18K red gold, adding a touch of luxury.

The strap material is not only made from recycled materials derived from recycled nylon waste but is also fully recyclable and can be interchanged with other Breitling watches. This represents the strong partnership between BREITLING and Outerknown, who have been dedicated to protecting beautiful oceans and beaches with the aim of maintaining and protecting a healthy and safe environment.

Both models are powered by the Breitling Caliber 10, offering approximately 42 hours of power reserve. Like all Breitling watches, this new creation is a COSC-certified chronometer, guaranteeing precision and performance.
