Nearly 55 Years Since Its Debut. The Highlight: An Open-Worked Dial!

TAG Heuer has unveiled three new models of the TAG Heuer Monaco Chronograph, released to commemorate the 80th Monaco Grand Prix in 2023. These models feature an open-worked dial and a date display window for the first time in the Monaco collection.

A Fusion of Innovative Design and Tradition. Available in Three Racing-Inspired Colors

Launched in 1969, TAG Heuer's Monaco collection is distinguished by its bold, square case design and innovative chronograph functions. Actor Steve McQueen's wearing of a TAG Heuer Monaco in the film "Le Mans" further cemented the Monaco's status as an iconic timepiece.
The new "TAG Heuer Monaco Chronograph" models feature an open-worked dial and are available in three colors: Original Blue, Racing Red, and Luminous Turquoise.
The "Original Blue" draws inspiration from the blue dial of the first TAG Heuer Monaco. Its design, featuring a blue dial with red accents, a blue column wheel, and engraving on the rotating rotor, evokes the TAG Heuer Monaco as it was when first released in 1969.

The "Racing Red" model embodies a racing DNA, representing the sparks of competition on the track. It features a black and silver dial, with a striking red rotating rotor and engraving.

The "Luminous Turquoise" model boasts an alluring turquoise and red dial, reminiscent of the Monaco's coastline. The column wheel and engraved rotating rotor are prominently displayed.

The new models are equipped with the in-house Calibre Heuer 02 movement, offering a power reserve of approximately 80 hours. The case is crafted from grade 2 titanium with a sandblasted finish, providing exceptional strength, lightness, and corrosion resistance for a robust and technical aesthetic.
The applied indices and hands are coated with Super-LumiNova® (luminescent paint). The strap is a bi-material combination of rubber and leather.
