Following the eight models of the "TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300" announced in April 2021 at Watches and Wonders in Geneva, Swiss luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer is releasing three new additions. Among these, the "TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 Night Diver," a new interpretation of a TAG Heuer icon, is particularly noteworthy.

New Models Include a Fully Luminous Dial and Limited Editions

Bold yet elegant, and exceptionally robust, the Aquaracer boasts striking, instantly recognizable beauty and high specifications. It has forged a history spanning over 40 years as a timeless sports watch that can be relied upon in any situation.

The "TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300" retains the fundamental design with characteristic details such as the 12-sided bezel and the horizontal lines engraved on the dial. While respecting the heritage of TAG Heuer's dive watches, it incorporates design and material enhancements, creating a sophisticated, modern, and chic aesthetic that shines in any setting.

All three new models feature a 43mm stainless steel case paired with a rubber strap, complemented by TAG Heuer's innovative adjustable folding clasp. Furthermore, these straps utilize a clasp system recently developed by TAG Heuer. As part of a fitting service at TAG Heuer boutiques and authorized dealers, the strap length is cut to size for the user. Users can then make micro-adjustments to the strap length for wearing over a wetsuit or to accommodate subtle changes in wrist size.

The two new models, featuring black and blue rubber straps, follow the previously released bracelet versions. The design of the rubber strap, integrated with the case, is beautiful.

Standing out among the new models is the "Night Diver," finished with a black DLC coating. First introduced in the mid-1980s, the "Night Diver" was a popular model that attracted active watch enthusiasts with its highly legible luminous dial, ensuring excellent visibility even in the dark.

In the "TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 Night Diver," the stainless steel case, bezel, crown, case back, and buckle are all coated in matte black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) to withstand extreme conditions. The bezel insert is made of highly durable black ceramic.

The fully luminous dial, one of the "Night Diver's" iconic features, remains. Coated with green Super-LumiNova®, it emits a distinctive glow in the dark. To ensure optimal legibility in low-light conditions, the watch's minute and central seconds hands are accented with blue luminescent material, standing out clearly against the dial's green.

The hour hand and the hour markers at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock feature green luminescent material, while the other octagonal hour markers are outlined in black lacquer. The triangle at 12 o'clock on the unidirectional rotating bezel, essential for measuring dive time and diver safety, is accented with a vibrant blue luminescent material, matching the minute and central seconds hands.

Like the eight models announced earlier, the three new models incorporate the six key features that have defined TAG Heuer's dive watches since 1983: a unidirectional rotating bezel, a screw-down crown, water resistance to at least 200 meters, luminous indices, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and a double safety clasp. These core design elements were all born from the practical functions divers rely on in the deep sea.

Furthermore, numerous details enhance its performance. All 12 facets of the bezel are faceted to ensure a secure grip, and the crown is protected against accidental damage. The sapphire crystal magnifier for easy date reading is applied to the underside, ensuring a smooth surface feel.

This strong commitment to usability makes the Aquaracer Professional 300 the ultimate luxury tool watch, an elegant timepiece that blends homage to the past with a modern design for the future.

Naturally, the three new models are powered by TAG Heuer's automatic Calibre 5 movement. Their robust case backs are engraved with the iconic diving suit motif, enhanced by a 12-sided faceplate. All Aquaracer Professional 300 models boast water resistance to 300 meters (30 bar).

With the addition of three new models, the Aquaracer Professional 300 collection now comprises 11 models. These are reliable, high-performance watches designed for adventurers who push their limits and strive to reach their goals.
