Featuring Gucci's New In-House Flying Tourbillon Movement
In 1972, Gucci began crafting watches that fused Swiss expertise with Italian design in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the heart of Swiss watchmaking. Half a century later, Gucci has released a new collection to celebrate 50 years of its in-house watchmaking.
Among the new releases, the "GUCCI 25H" Tourbillon stands out with its slim 8mm case and see-through dial. The timepiece is powered by Gucci's new in-house flying tourbillon caliber. The flying tourbillon, positioned at 6 o'clock, underscores the watch's blend of craftsmanship and elegance.
The design places the intricate mechanism on a matte titanium bridge that spans the case back, allowing the movement's beauty to take center stage. Skeletonized hands create a layered effect, imbuing the timepiece with sharp functional aesthetics, modern appeal, and decorative flair.
The collection includes models in 100% recycled gold with 18K white or yellow gold bracelets, as well as three variations with rubber straps. These timepieces bring a retro-futuristic ambiance to the wrist.
