TAG Heuer has been appointed the Official Partner of the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) and the Official Timekeeper of the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique. To commemorate this occasion, and to reaffirm its long-standing relationship with the Principality and its rich motor racing heritage, TAG Heuer has partnered with the ACM and the prestigious Grand Prix de Monaco Historique to launch the "TAG Heuer Monaco Grand Prix de Monaco Historique Limited Edition," a tribute to the race. This watch is limited to 1,000 pieces and is scheduled for release in July 2020.

TAG Heuer has become the official sponsor and timekeeper of the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique, one of the most important classic car racing events. The 12th edition was scheduled to be held on the legendary Monaco circuit from May 8-10, 2020, but was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. TAG Heuer has announced the "TAG Heuer Monaco Grand Prix de Monaco Historique Limited Edition" as a tribute to this prestigious event and the Monaco collection, during the period originally planned for the race.

This specially designed, elegant, and charismatic chronograph features an iconic square case in stainless steel and a red and white color scheme reminiscent of sports cars racing on thrilling motor circuits. Instantly evoking the historic racing event with a small, silver historical car logo of the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique at 1 o'clock on the crimson-brushed dial, this piece is engraved with its serial number and is limited to 1,000 pieces worldwide.

Furthermore, the refined in-house automatic movement, Calibre Heuer02, can be admired through the transparent sapphire crystal case back, which is adorned with the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique logo. The Calibre Heuer02 comprises 168 individual components, including a column wheel and a vertical clutch, ensuring exceptional precision and an impressive power reserve of approximately 80 hours.

This "TAG Heuer Monaco Grand Prix de Monaco Historique Limited Edition" is paired with a black calfskin strap and will be offered in a limited edition of 1,000 pieces, presented in a special red box featuring a checkerboard flag.
