The "Mitsukoshi World Watch Fair" Opens August 20th



The "17th Mitsukoshi World Watch Fair" will be held at the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store starting August 20th. This fair, boasting Japan's largest scale and selection, will bring together new releases from approximately 50 world-leading brands.

Mitsukoshi Lion Statue Appears Wearing a Special Watch


The "Mitsukoshi World Watch Fair," held on a grand scale, returns to the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store from August 20th. Approximately 30 items, including exclusive Mitsukoshi pre-release and pre-order models, will be unveiled for the first time in Japan, alongside three Mitsukoshi-exclusive items.

Currently drawing significant attention is the "Piccadilly Princess Royal Colour" cocktail watch, valued at 380 million yen (excluding tax), presented by Backes & Strauss, a prestigious British jewelry house celebrating its 225th anniversary this year. This magnificent piece, adorned with 225 rare colored diamonds totaling 38.69 carats, will be exhibited and available for purchase in the 1st-floor Central Hall until August 25th (Monday).

Additionally, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Mitsukoshi Lion statue, a special watch created by Grand Seiko will be displayed on the lion statue itself within the venue during the fair. Don't miss this opportunity to encounter supreme high jewelry watches.
