A tourbillon enhances timekeeping accuracy by forcing the regulating organ to rotate, thereby averaging out the effects of gravity on it. The conventional design places the carriage, housing the escapement mechanism, on top of the seconds wheel, completing one rotation per minute.

However, the new "Thunderbolt™ Tourbillon" shatters this convention with a counterintuitive approach, positioning the carriage above the escapement wheel, which rotates 12 times per minute. This watch marks the debut of the Calibre 2025T, a tourbillon movement that completes one rotation in just 5 seconds – 12 times faster than usual.

To address the increased energy consumption from this high-speed rotation, four mainspring barrels have been incorporated. This is a must-see for watch enthusiasts.
