The "Big Pilot's Watch" for Fathers, the "Pilot's Watch Mark XVI" for Sons

IWC's "Pilot's Watch "Father and Son"" captures the unspoken understanding and strong connection that exists between men. Following the 2008 release, this second series of models, created for men who cherish their families, is now available.

The father's model is the "Big Pilot's Watch," featuring a power reserve and date display. Its impressive 46mm case houses the IWC-manufactured Calibre 51111 movement. While capable of a power reserve exceeding 168 hours, it is engineered to automatically stop the movement after exactly seven days to guarantee ultimate precision.

The son's model, in contrast, features a smaller 39mm case and uses the Calibre 30110 automatic movement. Technically identical to the "Pilot's Watch Mark XVI," it offers a 42-hour power reserve and a date display.

Both models share a stainless steel case, a distinctive crown, and a black alligator strap with riveted detailing, immediately conveying a special connection. Furthermore, the case back of each watch allows for the engraving of names within a central circular emblem, with the option to add more if there are multiple siblings.

Like a pilot and co-pilot who trust each other implicitly, the "Pilot's Watch "Father and Son"" allows a father to pass on his values of confidence and responsibility to his son through these matching timepieces.
