Authentic Military Appeal in Khaki

The "Instrument BR 03-92" series, inspired by 1970s aircraft cockpit clocks, offers a distinct instrument-like feel. This year, a new model joins the collection, featuring a ceramic case and military nylon strap in khaki, a classic camouflage color used in military uniforms.

Its appeal, which needs little introduction, is amplified by skillful material selection and cohesive coloring, resulting in a realistic yet modern military aesthetic. Wearing this watch is sure to become a significant accent to any casual outfit.

Automatic movement, ceramic case & military nylon strap, 42x42mm case size, ¥472,500, scheduled for release this summer.

BRAND HISTORY

Founded in 1991 by Bruno Belamich and Carlos A. Rosillo with the theme of "fusing design and technology," Bell & Ross has since developed a diverse lineup. This includes the flagship "Vintage" model, the "Classic" inspired by aviation watches from around 1950, the rugged "Professional" series designed for extreme environments like outer space and the deep sea, and the "Function" series, which embodies cutting-edge modern technology.

Among these, the "Hydromax" from the "Professional" series achieved an astonishing water resistance of 11,100 meters, capable of withstanding the extreme pressure at the deepest point of the Mariana Trench (10,920m), by filling the case with a special hydro-oil. This feat rapidly propelled Bell & Ross to prominence.

In 2005, the brand unveiled its first square watch, the "BR01." Developed under the concept of "form follows function" by a collective of master watchmakers, designers, and professional users, this military-style square watch features a unique construction where the case, lacking a traditional case back, is sealed by a bezel secured with four screws.

Its versatility, allowing it to be used as a clock, pendant watch, or even mounted on an aircraft cockpit instrument panel, has made it one of Bell & Ross's core models today.
