The tourbillon escapement, marking the hours, is housed at the 6 o'clock position on the dial, with a bridge supporting the cage's one-minute rotation crafted from sapphire crystal. This allows for a full appreciation of the intricate mechanism's movement.

Furthermore, the movement, "Caliber BVL263," which features an exceptionally artistic and beautiful finish, was assembled at Bulgari's complication workshop in Le Sentier, the heart of haute horlogerie in the Vallée de Joux.
