A Timeless Union of Beauty

Emilia Clarke, nominated for an Emmy Award for her compelling portrayal of Daenerys Targaryen, a main character in the American TV drama series "Game of Thrones." Patrick Demarchelier, a master of fashion and portrait photography, captures Clarke's allure—a blend of natural gentleness and dignified strength—in harmony with the image of Dior's new "Rose des Vents" collection. Her wind-swept hair, intense gaze, and the long and short necklaces adorning her casually worn white shirt reflect the timeless beauty of both Clarke and "Rose des Vents."

"Rose des Vents" translates from French to wind rose, or compass rose. The manor in Granville, where Christian Dior spent his childhood, was adorned with wind roses in every corner. This medallion jewelry, inspired by this travel symbol and layered with the lucky star Monsieur Dior always kept in his pocket, along with the roses he so adored, encapsulates the Maison's entire history.

The allure of "Rose des Vents" lies in its ability to be worn daily like a talisman, carrying wishes for good fortune, embodying the belief that the wind brings happiness and guides life in the right direction.

New items launching on November 18 include bracelets, necklaces, and long necklaces. The stones depicting the medallion are available in four types: onyx, mother-of-pearl, turquoise, and lapis lazuli. Each piece is reversible, gently flipping with the wearer's movements, allowing for enjoyment of both the stone and the medallion's expressions.
