Casio will release the "ECB-10TMS," the second collaboration model with the racing team "TOM'S," on May 29, 2020. This new timepiece is part of the "EDIFICE" line of high-performance metal watches, which operate under the concept of "Speed and Intelligence."

Since its founding in 1974, TOM'S has been a leading force in motorsports, achieving numerous accolades. In 2019, their driver Nick Cassidy won the championship in the Japanese Super Formula Championship, showcasing their prowess as a top Japanese team. EDIFICE has been a proud official partner of the team since 2013.

This partnership between EDIFICE and TOM'S has given birth to the collaboration model "ECB-10TMS." The base model chosen is the "ECB-10," equipped with features useful for time management during races, including a schedule timer. The watch is predominantly black, with a red gradient inspired by the red Fuji motif found in the "TOM'S" logo adorning the inner circumference of the dial and the subdials.

Additionally, a component featuring the "TOM'S" logo, inspired by brake calipers—a part of the brake discs on racing cars—adds an accent to the design on the subdials. The watch face further incorporates a carbon fiber material, often associated with racing cars, creating a design that truly reflects the world of motorsports.

In terms of exterior features, responding to the needs of the TOM'S mechanics team, the strap has been designed with a thicker tip to prevent it from slipping out of the keeper, and the crystal uses scratch-resistant sapphire glass, making it a special specification ready for demanding situations. To commemorate EDIFICE's 20th anniversary, the "20" on the bezel markers is highlighted in red, and the case back is engraved with "20th Anniversary EDIFICE," creating a special model befitting an anniversary year.
