Window Display Born from Collaboration with a Contemporary Artist
Contemporary artist Shoko Matsumiya, whose unique works using glass crafts have received high acclaim and expressed distinctive worlds in numerous exhibitions. The theme of the display, created by Matsumiya inspired by Van Cleef & Arpels, is 'Something New Being Born'.
Inspired by the reflections woven by glass and light, the spheres, manipulated with delicate glass materials and imbued with new life, express the 'power' to create something new. Wedding rings emit an elegant and beautiful light, creating a fantastical world where that light changes with the passage of time.
