Palace Hotel Tokyo 2021 Sakura & Strawberry: Limited-edition products to enjoy the arrival of spring and seasonal flavors with all five senses – "Spring Sakura & Strawberry Selection" now on sale.

From March 1 to May 31, 2021, Palace Hotel Tokyo will offer a limited-time menu and products that embrace the season of spring, when flowers are in full bloom.

From Wadakura, the Japanese restaurant, comes "Rei -HARUKA-", a cherry blossom viewing bento box packed with spring ingredients. In addition to the cherry blossom viewing bento, which allows you to enjoy various spring flavors meticulously prepared one by one, the menu also includes colorful chirashizushi and mizu gashi (desserts).

This year, we are also offering a special accommodation plan, "A Splendid Spring Message ~A Heartwarming Cherry Blossom Viewing Bento~," which allows you to enjoy this menu as dinner in your room. This plan lets you relax and savor the cuisine of Wadakura, the Japanese restaurant, in the privacy of your own guest room.

Furthermore, Lounge Bar Privé will offer a "Spring Afternoon Tea" that emphasizes the natural flavors of its ingredients. The menu was created by the pastry chef of the Michelin-starred French restaurant "Estérel," and it is a healthy, body-friendly afternoon tea that focuses on reduced salt, low sugar, and low fat.

The selection includes a tartlet with sweet and tart raspberries, a matcha pound cake with a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness, and savory items such as lightly smoked
salmon paired with caviar and cheese. A premium tea plan, allowing you to sample a variety of teas that complement the season, is also available, offering an elegant afternoon experience.

Also new is the "Spring Party Box" for takeout, which will instantly brighten up your dining table at home. Bite-sized appetizers and desserts that evoke the feeling of cherry blossom viewing are included in the set. This product allows you to easily enjoy hotel-quality cuisine with your favorite drinks, such as champagne, and is also recommended for picnics or outdoor gatherings.

From March 1 to May 31, 2021, the "Spring Sakura & Strawberry Selection" will also be available. The Pastry Shop Sweets & Deli will offer sakura-themed sweets and breads unique to this season.

"Sakura Crunch," a delightful treat with a moist texture, sandwiches a white chocolate crunch with the sweet and tart flavor of strawberries between delicate wafer shells, making it perfect as a gift. Also recommended are sakura-flavored sweets such as "Sakura," a sakura-flavored cake with mascarpone cheese, and "Sakura no Flan," a baked custard with a sakura flavor that is irresistibly fragrant.

A special spring-only version, "Ichi no Ichi no Ichi Sakura," is now available from Palace Hotel Tokyo's original sake cake, "Ichi no Ichi no Ichi." Finely chopped salted cherry leaves are added, creating an adult taste where the fragrant sake and subtle sakura flavor intertwine.

The "Three Kinds of Strawberry Parfait" returns to Lobby Lounge The Palace Lounge this spring. The pastry chef meticulously selects three types of strawberries, such as Tochihotome, Kirapika, Amaou, and Benihouppe, based on the season, and generously arranges them in the parfait.
