A blissful melon bowl, where a half-sized, juicy, and fragrant melon serves as the vessel, adorned with hotel-made melon sweets in a three-dimensional display, offering a feast for the eyes, palate, and texture. Based on a refreshing green palette reminiscent of early summer, it showcases the unique character of melon in diverse styles, including a light-melting shortcake and a mille-feuille with delicate layers. Furthermore, the selection includes items that enhance the fruit's sweetness, such as a blancmange made with Kakegata milk, tonka bean-scented vanilla ice cream, mascarpone chiboust, and jasmine cheesecake.

The savory offerings include the classic prosciutto and melon, a ceviche of red melon that spreads a refreshing sensation, and a burger featuring spicy chicken sandwiched in a special melon bread from Kanazawa's "Noto Hibara Bakery."
