A symbol of Japanese spring. La Maison du Chocolat's seasonal limited-edition sweets inspired by "cherry blossoms."

La Maison du Chocolat, a creator of unparalleled chocolate founded in 1977, is offering a limited seasonal collection inspired by "cherry blossoms," a symbol of Japanese spring. The "Cherry Blossom" and "Éclair Cherry Blossom" collections are available at La Maison du Chocolat stores.

The "Cherry Blossom" collection features 10 bonbons de chocolat, including a special sakura green tea flavor and seven of their classic popular varieties.

This limited-edition item is presented in an elegant pearl white box adorned with a pink ribbon, featuring a delicate sakura motif.

Also released concurrently for the cherry blossom season is the "Éclair Cherry Blossom." This éclair features La Maison du Chocolat's signature choux pastry—crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside—filled with a chocolate cream flavored with sakura green tea, strawberry, redcurrant, and mulberry purées.

A pink glaze is topped with chocolate shaped like cherry blossom petals, evoking the spirit of spring.

Why not savor the delightful tartness of berries paired with the elegant aroma of sakura green tea?
