“GINZA SIX 2017 SUMMER.” Food menus and pop-up shops to enjoy Ginza’s summer have arrived.
Following its grand opening, GINZA SIX, the largest commercial facility in the Ginza area, will continue to offer a curated selection of new menus and food items throughout the summer.
Additionally, limited-time pop-up shops will be held.
At Nakamura Tokichi Honten on the 4th floor, "Ujikinnori" will be available.
Enjoy a cool, new summer staple for Ginza with this chilled dessert, featuring a rich matcha syrup, fragrant hojicha syrup, and deep brown sugar syrup, served over exquisitely fine, melt-in-your-mouth ice, topped with soft-serve ice cream and adzuki bean paste.
Meanwhile, PALETAS on the B2 floor will debut the "Summer Gift Set," a limited-edition frozen fruit bar for the Ginza store, encapsulating carefully selected seasonal fruits in gelato and other forms.
This makes for an ideal summer gift.
Furthermore, THE GRAND GINZA on the 13th floor will host a "Glass Champagne Fair" featuring Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial.
Guests can savor this champagne, which is perfected with ice, in sophisticated adult-sized rock glasses, while the bar and lounge will also offer seasonal original cocktails.
Among other attractions, the 4th floor will feature a pop-up shop by popular sandal maker ISLAND SLIPPER, offering a variety of limited-time events.
