On the 51st floor, "The Tavern - Grill & Lounge" offers a special dinner course that allows guests to enjoy the atmosphere of a Christmas market, complete with ornaments, candles, and wreaths, to celebrate this year's joyous Christmas. The appetizer, inspired by Christmas candles, features a beet jelly holding snow crab tartare, with a flame made from yellow tomato espuma to evoke a festive mood. The main dish, featuring Japanese beef tenderloin aged in a natural snow room—a signature of The Tavern—is served in the style of Rossini. The beef, tender and flavorful from aging in a natural snow room, is quickly cooked in a lava stone oven and topped with seared foie gras and a luxurious black truffle sauce. The dessert, reminiscent of a gift box adorned with a vibrant red ribbon, combines a rich strawberry tiramisu encasing berry jelly with a refreshing strawberry and basil sorbet. This special dinner course, designed to delight both the palate and the eyes, is perfect for sharing with loved ones on Christmas Eve.
