Perfect as a gift. "Ishiishi Miyoshi Tsutsumi," a luxurious "Awa Okoshi" from a long-established confectionery store founded in 1892.
Awa Shin, a confectionery store founded in 1892, has launched a new product this spring.
Awa Shin is Osaka's only specialty store for 'Awa Okoshi,' meticulously selecting its rice and handcrafting its deeply roasted 'hishi' in-house.
The new product, "Ishiishi Miyoshi Tsutsumi," is a masterpiece of bite-sized Awa Okoshi coated in three kinds of powder: kinako, matcha, and cocoa.
The packaging features individually wrapped, bite-sized portions presented in a white wooden box, adorned with a simple yet sophisticated wrapping paper.
The wrapping paper is a layered combination of translucent Japanese paper and colored paper, with a central line mimicking a mizuhiki cord, exuding an air of luxury.
The origins of 'Okoshi' are said to trace back to sacred rice cakes.
A new product from the representative traditional confection of Kyoto and Osaka, 'Awa Okoshi.'
Perfect as a gift or for a souvenir.
