Fruit Salon, a reservation-only specialty store for fruit courses, reopens on June 1st!
"Beauty Connection Ginza" had suspended operations since April 8th (Wednesday) due to the impact of the novel coronavirus. However, "Fruit Salon," a specialty store for fruit courses located on the 2nd floor of the same facility, has launched a new menu using seasonal mangoes from June 1st (Monday) to June 30th (Tuesday), 2020.
Indulge in Juicy Mangoes This Early Summer!
Following pear, citrus, and strawberry, the new offering is a four-course menu that lavishly uses Miyazaki Prefecture mangoes, which are in season now. The courses showcase the rich aroma and refreshing taste of mangoes, packed with vitamins and nutrients, in a variety of delicious preparations.
The rich sweetness and dense texture of the mangoes spread refreshingly in the mouth, creating a full fruit dessert course that allows you to fully savor the feeling of early summer from the very first dish. The third dish, a parfaits as beautiful as jewels, features a unique harmony of mango gelato and distinct components. The intentional empty space in the glass allows the ingredients above and below to gradually blend as you eat, offering a taste that evolves moment by moment. Enjoy a luxurious time that satisfies all five senses, both visually and gastronomically, with this 90-minute full course.
■ Delicious Mangoes in Early Summer Are Also Great for Beauty!
The notable nutrient in mangoes is "beta-carotene," which is present in about 3.5 times the amount found in regular fruits
*. Beta-carotene is a nutrient that converts to vitamin A in the body as needed, maintaining healthy skin and offering anti-aging benefits. Mangoes are also rich in "folate," which keeps skin youthful. Truly a powerful fruit for summer skin, it allows you to enhance your beauty alongside the refreshing scent of early summer.
*Based on "Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan 2015" (per 100g of edible portion)
