Warm Bodies, a unique romantic comedy about a love story between a zombie and a human, will be released nationwide on Saturday, September 21st, at Cine Quinto and other theaters. Ahead of the release, OPENERS is inviting 15 pairs (30 people) to a special screening on Tuesday, September 3rd, at Nakano ZERO Hall.

Nicholas Hoult, the next-generation star playing the zombie
Jonathan Levine, who garnered significant support from film fans with the hit movie "50/50," has adapted Isaac Marion's novel "Warm Bodies: A Novel of Zombie R." The result is a heartwarming romantic comedy about a zombie who changes after falling in love with a "human" woman.
The role of "R," the cutest zombie in zombie history, is played by Nicholas Hoult, who starred in "Jack the Giant Slayer" and is hailed as a top star of the next generation. Teresa Palmer plays Julie, who initially fears R but gradually opens her heart to his sincere affection. The zombie horde, R's companions, are played by the acclaimed actor John Malkovich, rounding out the cast.

Can a zombie's "cold" heart be moved?
In a near future where zombies and "humans" are enemies, zombie R falls in love at first sight with Julie during an attack and saves her. Julie, who initially fears him and rejects him completely, gradually begins to open her heart to R's clumsy yet pure kindness.
Their love, born from an unlikely encounter, was unacceptable to the "Skeleton Army," the ultimate form of zombies, and even more so to Julie's father, the leader of the "humans."
Can their love make a dead zombie's "cold" heart beat again? And can it revive "warm" hope in a world on the brink of ending?──.
