All-American Idols in Swimsuits Give Their All
'Spring Breakers' depicts, in a pop and extreme style, the story of girls escaping their boring lives and chasing thrills during the "Spring Break," a week-long holiday in late March at American universities. This much-anticipated film, featuring teenagers in colorful swimsuits bursting with youthful energy and passion, and the interplay of light and shadow under the Florida sun, is set to premiere in Japan this early summer.
The director is Harmony Korine, known for the screenplay of 'KIDS' and his films 'Gummo' (1997), which depicted alienated youth in the American Midwest, and 'Mister Lonely' (2007). In this film, he masterfully blends elements of major and independent cinema, creating a unique entertainment experience unlike anything seen before.

Starring James Franco, known for his powerful performances in recent works like 'Oz the Great and Powerful,' who delivers a chilling performance as Alien, a bad boy with a sinister appearance and a dangerous, mysterious inner self. The "Spring Breakers" cast includes all-American idols Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, and Ashley Benson. Additionally, Rachel Korine, Harmony Korine's muse and wife, joins them, showcasing a bold performance in a cute and sexy swimsuit.
Also noteworthy is the music provided by Skrillex, who burst onto the scene like a comet and won three Grammy Awards for the second consecutive year.
