As "Her Majesty's 007," loyalty to M is now tested!

"Skyfall," released in the commemorative year of the series' 50th anniversary, is the pinnacle of entertainment and a monument of spy hero action. It concludes the "London Year," which was also celebrated with the Olympic Games and Queen Elizabeth's 60th anniversary of her accession.



Daniel Craig reprises his role as James Bond for the third time, following "Casino Royale" in 2006 and "Quantum of Solace" in 2008. His surprise appearance as Bond alongside the real Queen Elizabeth during the opening ceremony of the London Olympics is still fresh in our memories.



The film is directed by Sam Mendes, the first "Oscar-winning director" in the series' history, who won the Academy Award for Best Director for "American Beauty." He has stated his ambition to "incorporate all elements of past Bond films, including extensive action."



The series' most formidable enemy is played by fellow Oscar winner Javier Bardem. M, Bond's superior, is played by the familiar Judi Dench, while the notable Bond girls are portrayed by French actress Bérénice Marlohe and British actress Naomie Harris.



"Skyfall" depicts the fierce battle between Bond and a former MI6 agent aiming to destroy MI6. Deeply intertwined with this is a past that Bond's superior, M, had sealed away.──As "Her Majesty's 007," Bond's loyalty to M is tested, and his perilous mission begins!
