Betjeman & Barton's "Salon de Thé" Makes Its Japan Debut

The second domestic store for French tea specialist Betjeman & Barton, located in Roppongi Hills, will open on Friday, April 10. The shop will feature a "Salon de Thé," which is making its first appearance in Japan.

Betjeman & Barton is a long-established French tea brand founded in Paris in 1919. It continues to earn the deep trust of tea enthusiasts, having received a "Gold Medal" in the tea category from "LE GUIDE DES GOURMANS," France's most prestigious gourmet magazine.

The new Betjeman & Barton Roppongi Hills store will include Japan's first Salon de Thé. The menu will focus on dishes that highlight the exquisite flavor of their teas, such as the Royal Milk Tea made with "Eden Rose," a bestseller in Paris, and Earl Grey cheesecake. Light French fare, like the Croque Madame, will also be available. Don't miss the desserts, all original recipes, including the tea pudding with its subtle flavor infusion.

Choux cream puffs are also available for takeaway. The shop's extensive lineup, including gift sets of Betjeman & Barton's carefully selected teas and original galettes, is another highlight. Why not take this opportunity to enjoy a Parisian-style tea time?
