A "World of Cubes" Capturing Gontran's Sensibility
Currently, Gontran Cherrier bakeries, produced by Gontran himself, operate three stores in Tokyo and one each in Sendai and Fukuoka. They offer "breads filled with tradition and innovation" that fuse authentic Parisian breads with unique Japanese ingredients, and a food style that begins with bread.
At "Gontran Cherrier Limité," opening on February 10th (Tuesday), the new "Cube de Pain" will be sold, which has not been available at previous stores. This bread offers a variety of flavors, utilizing Gontran Cherrier's signature vibrant colors and novel ingredients. Additionally, the classic bun sandwiches and cream puffs, previously sold in round shapes, will be reborn in a square form.
Why not experience the new form of sensibility crafted by Gontran?
