Both the lunch and dinner courses feature menus that allow you to fully enjoy Périgord truffles, a specialty from the southwestern region of France, a renowned black truffle producing area. The dinner menu is a 10-course offering that includes dishes such as 'Scallops and Black Truffle Feuilleté' and 'Black Truffle and Chocolate Brown Ice Cream Stuffed in Cacao Bean Croquant.' It is truly an opportunity to savor the magnificent aroma that can only be enjoyed during this season.
