A Rich Flavor Born from High-Quality Malt and Sweet Potatoes
This premium ale is characterized by its reddish-amber hue and fragrant sweetness, a rare creation born from high-quality malt and sweet potatoes. Named after the flavor and color of sweet potatoes, “COEDO Beniaka” offers a deep, satisfying taste with a slightly higher alcohol content and rich body. As it is bottled unfiltered, you can enjoy its full, mellow flavor, unique to unpasteurized, unfiltered beer.
The COEDO series also includes “Kyara,” with aromas reminiscent of white grapes and spicy citrus; “Ruri,” balancing a deep flavor with the bitterness of hops; “Shiro,” a wheat beer with a characteristic bright, smooth haze unique to unfiltered beers; and “Shikkoku,” a well-balanced blend of two types of black malt and six other malts. Joining these is the new sixth beer, “Marihana.” “Marihana” is only available at restaurants as it is shipped in kegs.
Why not take the time to savor the newly reborn and even more flavorful “COEDO Beniaka”?
