EAT | Introducing "BEE my HONEY," a new honey brand
EAT | A Third Kind of Honey, Usable Not Just for Spreading But as a Seasoning, is Here!
Introducing "BEE my HONEY," a New Honey Brand That Makes Food More Fun and Rich
The new honey brand "BEE my HONEY" has debuted with the concept of "transforming honey from a pantry staple into something always on the dining table, a presence that brings a little joy to everyday life." We've developed a new line of products as a third way to enjoy honey, going beyond simply spreading it on toast or adding it to yogurt. Unique offerings include "Pepper Honey," blended with Malaysian black pepper, and "Salt Honey," combined with mineral-rich crystalline salt from the Amami Islands.

Limited-Time Pop-Up Store to be Held at Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building
"BEE my HONEY" is a honey brand developed by Kondo Apiary, which has been operating a beekeeping farm in Kichijo City, Oita Prefecture, for 105 years since its founding in 1909. The family has passed down the traditional Japanese nomadic beekeeping method for four generations, traveling with their beehives from Kyushu to Hokkaido, following the flowers with their bees.
At Kondo Apiary, under the theme of "making food more fun and rich" through honey, we pursue a third use for honey, making it a more familiar presence in kitchens and on dining tables – usable not just for spreading, but as a seasoning. The lineup includes distinctive products such as Salt Honey, Pepper Honey, and Herb Honey.
To commemorate the debut of the new brand "BEE my HONEY," a limited-time pop-up store will be held from November 5th (Wednesday) to 18th (Tuesday) at "Charlie's Weiss" on the 8th floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building.
Additionally, a brioche specialty shop using BEE my HONEY's "Salt Honey" has opened on the B1 floor of the main building at "Oita Tokiwa," a department store in Kondo Apiary's hometown. Here, you can enjoy "Charred Honey Brioche," a homemade brioche baked to a fluffy perfection, soaked in fresh, fragrant honey, eggs, and milk, then baked until fragrant, and "Lemon Squash," a refreshing drink blending fresh spices with the sweet tang of Oita lemon and honey.
