Collaboration with Four Popular Bakeries

Café de Chaya is located at Yokohama Takashimaya. Operated by the French restaurant of the same name, popular in Hayama, Kanagawa, this urban-style cafe has garnered attention. Its signature dish, French toast with a crispy exterior and fluffy interior, is available in a rich variety of flavors.

Café de Chaya is launching its limited-time fair, "Toast French!!," starting October 1st. This event features special French toast made with luxurious bread from bakeries that have been gaining media attention in recent years. Participating bakeries include Bread Plant Oz in Komazawa, Tropan Tokyo in Ikejiri-Ohashi, and Perta in Yoga from Tokyo, along with Boulangerie 14ku from Yokohama. Café de Chaya is using bread from these four shops to create exquisite French toast unlike any other.



French toast has been gaining attention in recent years, alongside pancakes, Eggs Benedict, and popcorn. Why not take this opportunity to enjoy a collaboration between renowned French toast establishments and popular bakeries?
