Grand Hyatt Tokyo introduces a new menu at its Italian café, Fiorentina, featuring pancakes reimagined with an Italian twist. The exquisite, moist pancakes are made with a batter enriched with ricotta cheese and olive oil, then baked in a pizza oven.

Six Syrups and Creams to Savor Without End
The batter for the "Fiorentina Pancakes" is infused with Italian ricotta cheese and Italian olive oil, offering a moist texture and a deep, subtle sweetness.
To enhance their fluffy texture, the batter is baked in a pizza oven, allowing the heat to distribute evenly throughout the pancake for an even moister finish. Vanilla oil and vanilla beans are also incorporated, lending a sweet aroma and rich depth to the luxurious flavor.

To offer a variety of flavors, three types of syrup and three types of cream are served alongside the pancakes. These include classic berry, honey, and maple syrups, complemented by chocolate cream, pistachio cream, and mascarpone cream. Seasonal fruits are also offered as toppings.
These pancakes are perfect as a sweet treat, ideal for breakfast, afternoon tea, or as a dessert after a meal.
