Breakfast service has commenced at The Cafe by Aman, a casual French restaurant on the first floor of AMAN TOKYO's separate building, available on weekdays from 7 AM to 10 AM.

One of the highlights is the freshly baked bread, crafted by AMAN TOKYO's pastry chef who honed their skills in France. The counter in the glass-enclosed dining area, where morning light filters through the surrounding greenery, displays an array of pastries such as croissants, Danish, and brioches, alongside quiches, sandwiches, fruit juices, and yogurts. French AOC Pamplie cultured butter is used for the freshly baked breads and pastries. Among these, the signature croissant boasts a moist interior and a crisp, fragrant exterior.

The quiches feature free-range eggs from Sagamihara. From quiches using seasonal ingredients to the classic Quiche Lorraine, a different variety is offered daily, allowing guests to savor the rich aroma of freshly baked cheese.

All menu items are available à la carte, making it ideal for a morning meal or a breakfast meeting. Despite its location in the city's business district, The Cafe by Aman, enveloped in refreshing greenery, offers a perfect start to a special day.
