Mr. Steven Smith is a tea specialist so renowned that he is described by the media as a "once-in-a-millennium talent" for his profound knowledge of teas from around the world. He is also famous for developing "TAZO tea," which is enjoyed at Starbucks globally. He established "STEVEN SMITH TEAMAKER," bearing his own name, to express "tea as an art form."

Only the finest tea leaves, meticulously selected by Mr. Steven Smith with his discerning eye, are used. He personally oversees the blending process at the tea atelier in Portland.

Furthermore, the small-batch production ensures the tea remains exceptionally fresh. The beautiful packaging is designed to be a stylish addition to any kitchen, and the generously sized sachets are made from biodegradable materials that return to the earth after disposal, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.

The collection features blends of black tea and a line of caffeine-free herbal infusions. Among them are "No. 55 Lord Bergamot," an artistic combination of several carefully selected teas creating a rich flavor and aroma; "No. 18 Brahmin," a sophisticated blend primarily featuring Indian Assam and Ceylon Dimbula; and "No. 67 Meadow," an herbal tea that evokes the bright light of the sun. The full range comprises seven varieties. They are available at select shops nationwide, including Cibone Aoyama and Actus Shinjuku, as well as through the Ricocoti online store.

After selling TAZO tea to Starbucks and contemplating retirement for about a year, Mr. Steven Smith found inspiration in the world of chocolatiers and art during his time in Provence, France. This experience reignited his desire to express tea as "a higher form of art." We invite you to savor the exquisite, art-like flavors of the teas that embody this passion.
