A Collaborative Menu with "Ginza Kazuya," a Specialty Nerikashi Shop

INTERSECT BY LEXUS - TOKYO offers an experience of the Lexus lifestyle. Following numerous surprising collaborations with restaurants and brands, INTERSECT is now introducing its limited-time summer menu.

First, let's highlight the evolution of shaved ice, a summer tradition at INTERSECT. The "torched shaved ice," where a blowtorch is used to sear the ice after it's topped with espuma, has made its debut.

The base is natural ice from Karuizawa, known for its smooth texture. This is topped with an espuma made from the juice of 100-year-old apples from Aomori Prefecture, egg whites, and powdered sugar, blended in perfect balance. Due to the espuma's high density, it doesn't melt the ice, but rather sears only its surface. The combination of cold, fluffy ice and warm apple espuma, reminiscent of baked apples, creates an unprecedented dessert.

This year also features "NERIGASHI Tsutsumi," a Japanese sweet co-developed with the popular specialty nerikashi shop "Ginza Kazuya." Based on "Kazuya no Neri," a closely guarded recipe, a unique nerikashi crafted exclusively for INTERSECT, featuring domestic warabi mochi and a rich milk base, is offered. This also allows you to enjoy the delightful contrast between the warm nerikashi and homemade vanilla ice cream.

Additionally, two types of smoothies made with superfoods and rare sugars are available, adding to INTERSECT's refreshing summer offerings.
