Featuring 70 Items, Including Baguettes Made with French Organic Flour
Le Boulanger de Monge is an authentic boulangerie located on Rue Monge in Paris's 5th arrondissement, a district known for its intense bakery competition. Recognized as one of the top 5 bakeries in the 'Le Guide des Boulangeries de Paris' in 2005, it continues to draw Parisians eager for its baguettes.
The secret to its place in the daily lives of Parisians lies in its commitment to 'ingredients.' Using flour that meets the highest organic standard in France, the 'AB certified organic' mark, the bakery prioritizes wholesome ingredients to bring out the true flavor of bread.
Le Boulanger de Monge's first international store opens at Hankyu Umeda Main Store. Pastry chefs trained in Paris will recreate the authentic flavors, making this a must-visit destination.
The offerings include signature items like the 'Baguette Monge' and 'Pain au Levain,' traditional savory breads, the apple tart 'Tartelette aux Pommes' which won first prize in a Figaro newspaper gourmet contest, and approximately 70 items in total, including Japan-exclusive creations. This diverse range promises to captivate every visitor.
Le Boulanger de Monge offers the authentic taste of Paris. A new culinary landmark has arrived in the department store basement.
