Three Courses Available for Lunch and Dinner

The popular ARMANI / RISTORANTE features menus conceived by culinary advisor Enrico Derflingher, who became the youngest Head Chef for the British Royal Family and has previously served as Head Chef at the White House and as a personal chef to the late Princess Diana. For the 2012 summer menu, he aims to express the "strength" of summer, absorbing the vitality of plants that sprouted in spring, to represent the peak of life.





The summer menu offers three courses for lunch at ¥3,800, ¥5,800, and ¥8,800, and for dinner at ¥8,000, ¥12,000, and ¥18,000. Dishes include a vibrant Caprese salad with bright red tomatoes, Campagna mozzarella, and basil, and the "Crème brûlée scented with tonka beans, with golden pineapple marinated in orange blossom honey," which resembles a sunflower. The menu is filled with dishes that evoke the dazzling summer sunlight just by looking at them.





Enrico Derflingher commented, "The summer menu expresses the passion of fresh, ripe ingredients at their peak, finished with traditional techniques from both Southern and Northeastern Italy. The heat, aromas, and vibrant colors of nature unique to this season will surely evoke memories of summer holidays from childhood."
